I chose to run.

"Endurance sports [i.e., long-distance running] are fantastic for the heart," states world-renowned heart surgeon Dr. Dwight Lundell.
Having suffered a major (to me) heartbreak this morning, mine was particularly in need of some immediate repair. So I ran. My plan was to run until the pain morphed from heart-wrenchingly emotional to be more of an intense, physical, side-splitting nature.
A sad report on my fitness level: it took about 3 blocks.

I'm sorry for whatever heartbreak you are going through, but amen to you dealing is such a healthy way. If it were me I'd be eating gallons of ice cream or something! Love you, hope you're alright :)

Thinking of you. I guess, sometimes three blocks is enough, right?
