after 3 months (yes, months) of multiple failed attempts at yanking it and many resulting tears, carson's front tooth popped itself out this morning, to the ecstasy of my firstborn and relief of myself (it has spent the past many days wiggling around to be nearly perpendicular to the rest of his teeth. ew.).
paul asked me, "are you sure he didn't lose two teeth there?" he's right -- the gap is enormous. as will, i'm sure, the replacement tooth be.
tooth fairy better make a run to the bank...

That is good he has a big gap. Maybe he won't need braces! HAHA
Can you believe this snow? It is getting old. Kaylynn keeps asking me if it is really spring or if it is still winter. At least we know the warm is coming.
Yay! Tell him congratulations. I'm glad it finally came out.
Look at the snow. WoW!
I love the toothless look. Tara has yet to loose a tooth and she is a year older than Carson (right?). The other ones are coming in and the dentist said they usually don't extract. So she basically has two sets of teeth in the front on the bottom. It is scaring me. I am praying for her baby teeth to start falling out, but nothing yet...
AH! i love when the top teeth are missing!!!!! CUTE. but yes, they do grow in so big and awk. we're in that stage now with hannah. . .
lisa: i'm so glad the snow is warm. my thermostat showed 70 degrees this afternoon!!!!
michelle: i told him. he stuck his finger in the gap (yes, it's that big) and told me that the next time he loses a tooth, he's not going to put his tongue in the spot so that a gold tooth grows back. that's what my g-gma told me. we'll see...
jen: 2 sets of teeth on tara? is that painful? have the baby ones come out yet? shoot.
cricks: big front teeth or no, hannah is adorable. and carson has 2 other loose teeth, one of which is the other front one. i hope they're both gone at the same time--it's so awkward and cute and quintessentially childhood, you know?
