blogger readers, meet grace, who is apparently my future daughter-in-law. carson's convinced it will be so, despite their family's recent move across the US and despite another girl's being his field trip buddy during the last week of school.
(don't worry: carson told the other girl that they could be friends but not get married, because he's already going to marry grace. *whew* glad that's cleared up; could've been an awkward field trip otherwise.)

This is so sweet. I just showed Grace and she just smiled and smiled and smiled. Thank you for making her day. Grace got Carson's letter yesterday as well. Oh, how she misses your boy!
