It's rare, but it DOES happen

that, on occasion, I have a productive day. I made the girls each a twirly skirt yesterday. They turned out cute, I think, for a quick and patternless job.

Layla's (quintessentially feminine, down to the subtle pale pink lining):

Addie's (playful & colorful, like the girl herself):

So cute!! I wish I could sew. I wouldn't even know how to start and you did it without a pattern. You are fabulous:)

You all are very nice, but, if I'm being honest, a raccoon could make these skirts. They're not hard, and they could be cuter if I would just take a little more time on the details. But you're sweet.

I'm impressed with all your abilities Brittney. I just made my daughter a dress and it reminded me of how IMPOSSIBLE it is to do projects with little ones running around. Way to find the time. And good for you sticking to your guns and making your kids go outside and play. If only I could be that strong all the time =)
