a penny spent is a penny spent.
i hate to spend money on un-glamorous things. like water heaters. laundry detergent. oil changes. staples. trash bags. zit concealer (in 10-gallon drums). toilet bowl cleaner. extension cords. a shovel. q-tips. canola oil. a mop. diapers. sometimes i think about what it would be like to go au natural, save a few pennies, and live like they did in the olden days. then i hop into a nice, hot shower and decide that that fresh bottle of shampoo is worth a few bucks after all.

Ok, so this has nothing to do with this blog...although I do agree wholly with it (particularly the ten gallon drums part...grr...) Anywho, so Matt and my motto when things start getting a little ski-wampus is, "It's not even a zoo-keepah, its a bunch of sur-culls". (I think I spelled those wrong...wrong to how he said it.) Then we laugh and laugh and laugh and everything is ok again. So thanks for sharing.
