would you believe that...
- layla and carson both fell asleep on their floaties in the middle of a gloriously relaxing afternoon?
- layla (eventually) got back on the 3-person tube after nearly whiplashing her head off the first time?
- carson is a beach bum. he loves sand and water and anything that rides on top of water. LOVES those things.
- we took several absolutely glorious afternoon swims. i can't remember the last time i actually truly went swimming in bear lake.
- the kids slept in until about 9:00 or later every morning.
- no one but me, specifically my thighs, got sunburned. go figure.
- i have the slowest reflexes in a game called "hit the deck" of the entire family.
- i ate my weight (no small feat these days) over a 4-day period.
- carson pretty much wants to live there and keeps asking when we can go back.
