hallmark

i've decided to make a career out of designing love notes for hallmark. for example:

[goopy syrupy flowers and hearts and xoxoxox's on the front] "i love you so much..."

[open card] "...that i would spend 2 hours trimming the fat off of 40 pounds' worth of boneless skinless chicken breasts, fitting them into little bags, toting them out to the freezer, and smelling like raw meat for the rest of the night, just so you and our beautiful children can eat." [with the following pictures]

not to brag, but i think i'll be wildly successful. because that's a lotta love.

I do that too! It's one gross day, but I love having my trimmed, bagged chicken in the freezer. And I think Hallmark will love it.

I would totally buy that card! Could you make one about removing the insides of a turkey too?! ;)

dit what rae said - but CHEERS on having all that meat divided and ready to go! that is the nastiest part - taking it out of the packaging from the store. ew on raw meat.

Add to that trimming into bite size pieces & bottling for food storage. I love the results (instant meat for enchiladas, chicken salad, etc) but oh, the raw meat. GAG! I do the same thing every summer when macey's has their chicken for $1.17/pound. Glad to know I'm not the only crazy one.
