i've watched about a total of 20 minutes of biggest loser this season (mutual on tuesday nights, you know). i actually caught a bit of the show tonight, and i randomly started some empathetic crying about halfway through (if you've seen the episode, you know why).
paul laughed at me, rolled his eyes, handed me the remote, and headed to bed.
so, yeah, i'm embarrassed.

I saw the whole episode (love that show!), and I was a little mocking during the whole "I can't live without my trainer" drama. (If you saw the whole thing, you'd have seen how they dragged it out for half an hour.) I was more caught up in the part where they continued the bike challenge through the whole 24 hours. That was cool.
I am right there with you. I didn't have a clue what was going on but all the tears caught my attention so I started to watch. Switching their trainers seemed like a cruel trick to play.
